Naruto fans were worried throughout the Boruto series about Naruto’s possible death. But we never considered Kurama dying.
The nine-tailed fox dies after using Baryon Mode to defeat Isshiki Ohtsuki. Chapter 55 of the Boruto manga contains excessive chakra usage.
Did Kurama Really Die?
As of Boruto Chapter 55, Kurama has officially died. Naruto was bid farewell by the nine-tailed fox. He wished him a long and happy existence at an emotionally charged time.
After murdering Naruto’s mother and father, Kurama took the next step and gave his life to Naruto and the Village hidden in the Leaf.
This is a sad moment for Naruto fans who have grown to love Kurama.
What Is The Secret To Death?
Kurama was killed, and Baryon mode is responsible. His new form allowed Naruto to fight Isshiki toe-to-toe, but at a steep price. To defeat Isshiki, Naruto used Baryon Mode, which drained all of Kurama’s vital power.
Naruto was lied to by Kurama about the effects Baryon Mode had on him. Kurama paid the price for this power, not Naruto
Kurama would have known that Baryon Mode was not to be used. This would have put lives at risk.
Although it was difficult to swallow, everyone speculated about the possible sacrifice of the fox. She would not have survived without Naruto’s help.
Can Kurama Be Revived?
Unfortunately, no indication has been given that Kurama will return to Boruto’s manga.
Episode 219 is adapted from chapter 55, the manga in which Kurama died. It has 11 pages. Fans everywhere are disappointed that the manga does not mention Kurama’s resurrection before this point.
